Having managed a leading hearing aid office, he mastered the art of fostering over 700 relationships simultaneously, emphasizing quick problem-solving, effective communication, and personal responsibility for success. Patrick Flanagan
Patricks blend of discipline from his time as a Marine, extensive experience as a journeyman electrician understanding efficiency and teamwork, and success in investing and maintaining properties across several states makes property management second nature. His hands-on experience in the maintenance field, combined with his acumen in real estate investment, equips him with the insight to manage properties with a keen focus on quality, efficiency and value.
